Froufrou was born in 2013 in Estonia, a country in Northern Europe best known for its digital prowess. Created with Nordic princesses in mind, Froufrou is now coming to America to bring joy and happiness to girls everywhere. Using only materials of supreme quality, Froufrou skirts last a lifetime -- you can easily wash them in a washing machine. Froufrow skirts are handmade in Tallinn. With strong ties and influences from Scandinavia, Froufrou skirts were born to be a comfortable garment for girls who love fluffy skirts that were born for twirling.
